Veteran Database Information
(This is a new website developed to aid Mills County Veterans. In an effort to begin serving you better and to be more cost effective we are asking that you help us by taking the time to provide us with some information to develop a county wide database. Please click on the form link to fill it out.)

For obtaining a VA form to file for benefits and services click here and view the content of the website links. If you need a certain form and can download a PDF, look across the top border of the VA Home Page and click on either "About VA" or "Apply online"
For obtaining proof of military service (discharge) or requesting service records, go to the following website:

http://www.archives.gov/veterans/military-service-records is the other way to submit a Military Record Request using a Standard Form SF-180
