Notary Services

Mills County Auditor's Office offers notary services during the operation hours of the Mills County Courthouse, 8:00 am - 4:30 am, at the Auditor's Office counter. Notaries are available upon request but are services are subject to the notary's availability. 

Documents requiring notarization will be subject to the following fee schedule.

Basic Notarization$5.00
Documents requiring 3 or more signature$10.00


Persons requesting notarization will need to produce a valid photo ID prior to signing any documents. Documents will not be notarized that have been previously signed before presenting a valid photo ID.

Persons needing any document notarized as well as witness signatures, will need to provide their own witnesses. The Auditor's Office will not provided witnesses.

Notaries from our office are not authorized to travel to notarize any document. 

Notaries from out office are not authorized to provide remote notarization services.
