General Relief Intake & Resource Navigation
If you are seeking financial assistance, a Community Health Worker will meet with you to complete an intake assessment and review your household budget. They will help determine which resources are the best fit for your unique situation and guide you through the application process.
If Mills County General Relief funds are determined to be the most appropriate option, the Community Health Worker will assist you with that as well.
